Which payment methods do you accept? 

Sweet Pea Design excepts payment by our secure checkout partners PayPal.

When will my order be dispatched?

Once your item has been paid for your item will be despatched to your chosen address via First Class Royal Mail or Air Mail. All of my items will be well packaged. Invitation orders in the UK will also be placed will Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Personalised greetings cards are posted in 1-3 days, all other items may take slightly longer. All dispatch times will be displayed in the product information.

What if my order is urgent?
All order are normally posted in 1-3 days but if you need your item in a hurry, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our upmost to help.

What details can I personalise my item with?
Items which offer the choice of personalisation have option boxes located on the product page that inform you of the details that can be used to personalise your item. You can input your personalisation as well as pick your colour option.

Please enter your details as you would like them, being careful to check grammar and spelling. Our products show various options but if you have another personal idea in mind please feel free to ask.

What is your return and refund policy?
 
Standard orders
If you wish to return an item can you please let me know within 48 hours. Any item/s that you wish to return must be returned to me within 7 working days of receipt, unused and unopened still inside the cellobag. I cannot accept responsibility for any returned items which are lost in transit on their way back. Once I receive the returned item/s the refund will be issued for the full purchase price. Unfortunately postage costs are non-refundable. The return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Used items and personalised wedding invitations cannot be returned.
 
Personalised Orders
Due to their personalised nature I can’t accept cancellations on made to order products after order confirmation. In addition, personalised orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. Upon final approval of your personalised order I can not accept returns due to any errors which you have approved. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, I am required to charge for a re-run.
